As first time home builders, we did not have a clue where to begin or what was in store for us. We chose to work with Craig Antonelli, and the journey began. Craig and his team were very helpful. Antonelli Development LLC built our custom house in 2017. Having a custom design was more involved than selecting a stock home in most developments, but the results were much more satisfying. Craig Antonelli worked with us every step of the way - beginning with an architect to develop a set of plans through obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy from the town of Victor at the end of the process.

From our plans Craig developed a specification document with the total cost estimate and estimates of components like flooring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, cabinets and trim materials, so we could go to venders to determine if we wanted any upgrades. As we made selections Craig kept us informed of the price changes so we always knew if we were within our price target. When we okayed the changes the specification document was updated. The process maintained a level of confidence that we would get what we desired.

Once the building started Craig was constantly checking with the sub-contractors (subs) ensuring that our home was being built properly. If there were any issues we observed, we felt comfortable to bring them up with Craig, because we knew he would address them or explain why things were done the way they were. We were also able to get our subs in so that they could do their roughing (solar, landscaping, and security system).

In the end we have the home we wanted at the the price we agreed to. We love our new home and had a great experience working with Craig...
